General Purpose Speeds & FeedsEvery tool in the GP lineup is manufactured from premium micro grain carbide with a 30° helix angle, and is available in bright (uncoated) or ALTiN coated configurations. Imperial sizes range from 1/32" to 1" with full metric coverage from 1mm to 25mm — in stub, standard, long, and extra-long lengths.
The workhorse of the GP line — 2, 3, and 4 flute square endmills for profile milling, roughing, slotting, and general material removal across ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The broadest selection in the lineup with an extensive range of diameters and lengths.
Full ball nose geometry for smooth 3D contour milling and finishing operations. Excels at profiling complex surfaces, sculpting mold cavities, and producing fine surface finishes on contoured geometries with consistent dimensional accuracy.
Combines the productivity of a square endmill with the added strength of a radiused corner — longer tool life, reduced chipping, and improved surface finish in high-stress milling operations. Available in a comprehensive range of radii from .010" to .125".
Versatile 2 and 4 flute tools with a 90° drill point geometry designed for spotting, countersinking, chamfering, drilling, and side milling — all in one tool. Eliminates tool changes and reduces setup time in production environments. Available in bright and ALTiN coatings with other point angles available upon request for quote.
Undercut endmills designed for deep pocket and contour milling where standard reach tools cannot access. The reduced neck allows machining deep into pockets without interference while the ball nose geometry ensures smooth 3D surface profiles. Diameters from 1/8" with extensive reach and taper combinations available.
Double-ended design provides two cutting ends per tool, effectively doubling the usable life and reducing tooling cost per part. Available in square end and ball end configurations with 2 and 4 flute options. An economical choice for production environments with high tool consumption and repeat operations.
